VOICES seeks to connect LGBTQIA+ employees here at Vaco Holdings and its collective of brands to:
- Foster a safe and welcoming work environment where all voices are heard
- Share bits of community history, art, and local events
- Spread awareness of the benefits and support that LGBTQIA+ employees have at their disposal
About the logo
The VOICES logo is the rainbow, a symbol that has been used since the 1970s to represent the diversity and unity of the LGBTQIA+ community, encompassing a wide spectrum of identities and experiences.
